Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.

3. Courier Partners

We partner with Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post to ensure reliable delivery.

4. Tracking

You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order is shipped.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs (if applicable) are displayed at checkout. Free shipping may apply on selected orders.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t reach you, contact us immediately at info@leaste.in with your order ID.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

1. Returns

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• Certain items (e.g. hygiene products or custom items) are non-returnable.

2. How to Request a Return

Email info@leaste.in with your order number, reason for return, and product images. Our team will assist you with the next steps.

3. Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours for a replacement or full refund.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by emailing info@leaste.in.
